GigaQualify Website Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Updated 5 October 2026
Scope and contact
This notice covers the public GigaQualify marketing website at www.gigaqualify.com. You can read it without an account. Giga Techspace Inc., 111 Congress Ave, Suite 500, Austin, TX 78701, USA, determines the purposes of website measurement and enquiries addressed to us. Contact legal@gigatechspace.com about privacy or qualify@gigatechspace.com about GigaQualify.
Candidate interviews, recruitment records and business accounts are covered by the separate GigaQualify Privacy Policy. The website's optional cookie choices do not authorize recording an interview or processing a CV and are not automatically shared with the application at app.gigaqualify.com.
Website information and its use
Usage information: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interactions with the website. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which content is useful and which visits lead to interest in GigaQualify. Measurements use cookies or limited signals without cookies, as described below.
Enquiries: if you send us an email, we receive its contents, your email address and the contact information you supply. Opening an email link creates a draft in your email application; it does not send that email to us. We use enquiries to answer your request and manage the resulting business relationship.
Hosting and security: standard request information, including IP address and timestamps, is processed to deliver and protect the website and diagnose errors.
The website does not collect candidate CVs, interview recordings, transcripts or recruitment assessments through Google Analytics. Account creation happens in the application. Website measurement does not establish that an account has been created or an interview completed. We do not use website analytics to make hiring decisions.
Cookies, analytics and your choices
When analytics storage is allowed, Google uses cookies containing a pseudonymous browser identifier. The Cookie Policy describes the categories, regional defaults and Cookie Settings control.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Quebec, Turkey, Andorra, Gibraltar and Jersey start with functional, analytics and advertising storage denied under Google Consent Mode. Elsewhere, analytics storage is allowed by default; functional and advertising storage remain denied until you allow them. A saved choice applies on later visits, subject to Global Privacy Control.
Measurement without cookies: the website uses advanced Google Consent Mode. Google tags load before a choice is made and after “Essential cookies only” is selected. When analytics or advertising storage is denied, Google can still receive limited measurements without those cookies, including page and event information, browser and device information, timestamps and consent status. Google also receives the IP address needed for the network connection. Google may use these signals for aggregate reporting and modelling. Denying optional cookies does not stop every measurement request to Google.
Global Privacy Control: an enabled browser signal overrides earlier permission and turns off all optional storage, advertising user data and ad personalization. We remember the opt-out, so turning the signal off does not restore an older permission. Limited measurement without cookies can continue. You can reopen Cookie Settings at any time.
No Google Ads tags, advertising audiences or links to Google Ads accounts are enabled for this website at launch. We do not sell website visitor information for money. Allowing the marketing category alone does not add an advertising service.
Browser controls can block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies alone does not stop measurement without cookies. The Google Analytics opt-out add-on can prevent Google Analytics from collecting visit information in supported browsers.
Service providers and international processing
Google LLC provides website analytics and tag delivery. Our hosting providers deliver and secure the website. Giga Techspace Sp. z o.o., based in Poland, supports software maintenance and development under our instructions. These providers receive the information needed for their respective functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
Website information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Where applicable, we use the transfer safeguards required by data-protection law. Contact us for information relevant to your request. Google's privacy information explains its services.
Retention
Google Analytics event-level data is retained for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months under the configured property settings. The user-level period restarts with new activity; aggregate reports may be retained longer. Your cookie choice stays in this website's local storage until you change it or clear it through browser controls. We keep enquiries while needed for the business relationship and afterwards for applicable legal or claims purposes. Hosting and security information is kept while needed to operate and protect the website.
Rights and requests
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and complain to the relevant supervisory authority. We honor Global Privacy Control on this website and do not retaliate for exercising privacy rights. Contact legal@gigatechspace.com to make a request or obtain the information relevant to your jurisdiction. We may verify your identity proportionately and explain any applicable retention exception.
We use website information to operate and secure the site, answer enquiries and understand interest in GigaQualify. Where required, we obtain consent for optional storage through the website controls. Necessary service and request handling may rely on other applicable legal grounds. A website visit or a policy update does not replace a separate consent required for optional processing.
Changes
We update this notice when our website practices change and communicate material changes as appropriate. The separate GigaQualify Privacy Policy continues to govern candidate and business-account information.
