GigaQualify — Candidate Participation Terms

Taking part. GigaQualify is operated by Giga Techspace Inc., 111 Congress Ave, Suite 500, Austin, TX 78701, USA. These terms apply when you use an interview invitation from the organization identified on your interview page. Participation is free for candidates. These terms do not create an employment relationship or promise a job or a further interview.

The interview and assessment. An AI voice interviewer asks role-related questions and may ask follow-up questions. Your CV may be uploaded by you or provided by the recruiting organization through its recruiting system; the interview page identifies the source. With your separate consents, we record and transcribe the conversation, assess your answers against the criteria shown before you start, and share the described materials with the recruiting organization. AI transcripts and assessments may contain errors. Giga Techspace Inc. does not routinely review each report before delivery. The recruiting organization is responsible for human review and employment decisions; GigaQualify does not automatically reject or advance you. The report does not verify identity, employment history or professional licences.

Using the service. Use your own invitation and answer about your own knowledge and experience. Do not impersonate someone else, access another person's interview or deliberately disrupt the service. Share only material you are entitled to provide. Avoid confidential material from previous employers and unnecessary personal details, such as identification numbers, health or family information. Accessibility tools and agreed accommodations are permitted.

Your information and choices. You keep your rights in the material you provide. Our handling of your information, recipients, retention and privacy choices are explained in the GigaQualify Privacy Policy and interview notice. Accepting these terms does not replace the separate recording and AI consents or waive privacy rights. We do not use candidate information for model training or marketing by Giga Techspace Inc.

You can decline or stop the AI interview and contact the recruiting organization using the details on your interview page to request another format, an accommodation, correction of an employer-provided CV or review of an error. GigaQualify does not treat such a request as a failed assessment. Stopping does not automatically delete information already collected. Withdrawal and deletion requests follow the Privacy Policy, including any applicable legal preservation requirements.

Contact and rights. Contact legal@gigatechspace.com for privacy requests, withdrawal of consent or legal questions about the service. Contact the recruiting organization about its hiring process and its own handling of recruitment data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We will give notice and seek any necessary acceptance or consent before a material change affects your participation.
